Seed feeder for transferring seeds to refuel a seed drill in service and continue your seeding work. Pneumatic transfer with hydraulic ventilation. Large tank capacity: 1700 liters. Placed on the front of the tractor, it serves as a second tank for refueling your agricultural seed drill.

BAR FEEDER DESCRIPTION

• Placed on the front of the tractor, the bar feeder increases the capacity or autonomy of the cereal seeder, for example. When the tank of the seed drill in use becomes empty, simply activate the seed transfer device on the bar feeder to refill the seed drill’s tank. This allows you to continue seeding without interruption.
• Tank capacity: 1700 liters.
• This product gives you the advantage of working in large spaces and/or saving time when seeding.
• The frame is made of steel and finished with a baked-on epoxy paint, while the tank is made of polyethylene.
• The flow rate is controlled by an electronic box in the cab.
• A blower driven by a hydraulic motor ensures pneumatic transfer of the seed to the cereal drill tank.
• The feeder tank is equipped with two distributions, each driven by an independent electric motor. One distribution operates with a green spline (small output) and the second distribution with a red spline (large output). To sow small seeds, use the green spline only; to sow large seeds, use the red spline only. For very high output, use both flutes at the same time.
• The flow rate is set by an in-cab electronic control unit. The adjustment range is 2 kg/hour with slow motors and white splines. Up to 200 kg/ha with fast motors and red splines.
• The seed is transferred by a single 110 mm diameter hose or by several 40 mm diameter corrugated hoses (please specify when ordering).
• Hydraulic hoses, diameter 110mm, 8 meters long, and tractor push-pull connectors.
• The hydraulic inlet is connected to the spool valve, and the return to the “free return” socket.

LARGE-CAPACITY TANKER EQUIPMENT

• One DANFOSS hydraulic motor for the blower and two spline motors for each of the distributions.
• 2 integrated grooves, one green for small seeds and one red for large seeds.
• Hydraulic hoses and push-pull connectors are supplied with the feeder.
• A pressure gauge and pressure relief valve are supplied as standard.
• The feeder is fitted with a drain hatch located underneath the unit.
• The seed is transferred by a single 110 mm diameter hose, or by several 40 mm diameter corrugated hoses supplied with the feeder.

FEEDER SEEDER OPTIONS

• Control units: we offer a choice of standard or DPAE (Débit Proportionnel à l’Avancement Electronique) systems.

• A standard control box with two switches: An on/off switch is used to switch on the dispenser. A potentiometer is used to set the seed rate, with a scale from 0 to 30.
• A DPA with a sensor to be positioned in front of a metal stud, which can be located either on a wheel, at the end of a roller or on the back of a disc.
• A DPA with ISO connector, taking information from the tractor via the 7-pin connector.
• And a DPA with a GPS antenna that can be positioned outside the cab. Supplied with a 3rd point switch (lever switch).

• There are 4 types of spline: White (very low flow), Green (low flow), Yellow (medium flow) and Red (high flow).
• On request, 15 rpm slow or 150 rpm fast timing motors can be fitted, depending on your requirements.
