Combined microgranulator and small and large seed drill. Electric gravity-feed distribution, available in 25L, 70L, 120L and 200L versions.
DESCRIPTION OF KIT 2 MICROGRANULATOR T14
- Driven by built-in 12-volt electric motor.
- In-cab electric flow control (optional).
- Gravity feed, 40% pipe slope. Diameter (or 40mm for 1 outlet).
- Variable number of outlets from 1 to 6, with the possibility of supporting additional outlets to work on different working widths.
- 15A power distribution.
- Equipped with two green grooves included as standard (these can be modified when ordering).
T14 KIT OPTIONS
- Rolls of 25-meter pipe, diameter 20 mm.
- Sprinklers to disperse seeds.
- Pipe supports for changing the working width.
- Possible splines according to flow rate:
- White cannelure, very low throughput, from 1 to 5kg/ha,
- Green cannelure, small output, from 5 to 15 kg/ha,
- Yellow cannelure, medium flow, from 15 to 50 kg/ha,
- Red cannelure, high throughput, over 50kg/ha.
(The flow rate can be increased or decreased depending on the speed range).
- Control units: we offer several choices between standard and different systems DPAE (Flow Proportional to Electronic Advance) systems:
- A standard control box with two switches: one for start/stop and a second with a 0-30 scale for flow rate, adjustable directly from the cab.
- A DPA with sensor to be positioned either on a wheel, on the end of a roller or on the back of a disc.
- A DPA with ISO connector, taking information from the tractor via the 7-pin connector.
- And a DPA with a GPS antenna positioned outside the cab.
TIPS FOR THE T14 KIT
- The choice of different grooves allows you to adapt to the type of seed and dosage to be precise and obtain optimal sowing.
- You can change your working width easily with pipe supports. The brackets are designed to be replaced simply by unbolting and replacing your existing bracket with a new one. We do not recommend plugging the outlets, as this may damage the T14 fertilizer drill and impair its operation.
- The advantage of the T14 and the kit is that they can be adapted to a wide range of implements. They can be used on corn and sunflower seeders, potato, tobacco and vegetable planters, and high-clearance tractors. It can also be used as a vegetable seeder or as a microgranulator for starter fertilizers and insecticide granules.
- Seeds and sprays are gravity-fed, with a 40% pipe gradient. This unit does not have a blower like the T15 and T18 microgranulators.
- If you wish to change your working width, we advise you to change your hose support and, above all, not to block any outlets, as this may damage the small and large seed distributor.
- For greater throughput or working width, we recommend a T15 or T18 blower seeder for small and large seeds.
