– DELIMBE SEED DRILL T20 1700 LITERS FRONT HOPPER –

Small and large seed drill, double electric distribution and hydraulic ventilation. Pneumatic seed transfer to a distribution head with 16 outlets and optional up to 32 outlets. Tank capacity 1700 liters. Can be used with all types of tillage equipment (curtain harrow, stubble cultivator, cover crop, rotary harrow, tine tools, etc.). Used for various applications: insecticide micro granules, starter fertilizers, weed-killing granules, cereal sowing, small and large seeds.

DESCRIPTION OF THE T20 DOUBLE-DISTRIBUTION FRONT SEED DRILL

• • We recommend the T20 seed drill with 16 outlets for implements up to 8 meters working width or requiring a large number of outlets. For working widths greater than 8 meters, we recommend the T20 with the multi-outlet option, enabling a distributor head with more than 16 outlets (the number of outlets depends on the working width and the type of work to be carried out).
  • It is mounted on the front of the tractor, with the distribution head at the rear. Transfer is made to the side of the tractor using a 110mm diameter flexible hose.
  • The T20 agricultural seed drill is equipped with a ventilation turbine driven by a hydraulic motor, which pneumatically transfers seeds to a 16-outlet distribution head (more outlets available as an option).
  • The T20 seeder tank is equipped with two distributions, each driven by an independent electric motor. One distribution operates with a green spline (small output) and the second with a red spline (large output). To sow small seeds, use the green spline only; to sow large seeds, use the red spline only. For very high output, use both flutes at the same time.
  • The seed is transferred to the spreaders using 40mm diameter hoses.
  • Pipe outlet diameter is 40mm inside.
  • Tank capacity: 1700 liters.
  • The flow rate is set by an in-cab electronic control unit. The adjustment range is 2k/hour with slow motors and white splines. Up to 1400 kg/hour with fast motors and red splines.
  • The hydraulic inlet is connected to a spool valve, and the return to the “free return” socket.
  • The frame is made of steel and finished with a baked-on epoxy paint, while the tank is made of polyethylene.

T20 FRONT-END EQUIPMENT

• Hydraulic hoses, diameter 110mm, 8 meters long, and tractor push-pull connectors.
• One DANFOSS hydraulic motor for the blower and two spline motors for each of the distributions.
• A pressure gauge and pressure relief valve are supplied as standard.
• The unit is fitted with a drain hatch on the underside.
• 2 integrated grooves, one green for small seeds and one red for large seeds.
• A standard distribution head with 16 outlets in 40mm diameter.
• An 8.30-meter-long, 110-diameter corrugated hose with fire-fighting fittings connects the T20 front-mounted seed drill to the distribution head at the rear. 

T20 SEEDER OPTIONS

• Control units: we offer a choice of standard or DPAE (Débit Proportionnel à l’Avancement Electronique) systems.

• A standard control box with two switches: An on/off switch is used to switch on the dispenser. A potentiometer is used to set the seed rate, with a scale from 0 to 30.
• A DPA with a sensor to be positioned in front of a metal stud, which can be located either on a wheel, at the end of a roller or on the back of a disc.
• A DPA with ISO connector, taking information from the tractor via the 7-pin connector.
• And a DPA with a GPS antenna that can be positioned outside the cab. Supplied with a 3rd point switch (lever switch).

• There are 4 types of spline: White (very low flow), Green (low flow), Yellow (medium flow) and Red (high flow).
• Shatterers for better seed dispersal.
• A seed bar for right-hand rotary harrows in 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6-metre lengths.
• A coulter bar for stubble cultivators with 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 metre splitters.
• Outlet plugs (on the distribution head you can plug up to 8 outlets by plugging 1 outlet out of 2).
• A multi-output option is available for more than 16 outputs. The multi-output option can go up to 32 outputs. The number of outputs chosen with this option is to be specified in the comment field when ordering. If you require more than 32 outputs, please contact us.
