Microgranulator and seeder fertilizers, small and large seeds. Electric distribution with blower and pipe descent. The T15 is a versatile agricultural seeder allowing its use on various work tools: cultivator, harrow, seed drill, corn drill, beets, sunflowers, potato planter, etc... It is designed for different jobs, it can be used to sow micro insecticide granules, starter fertilizer, weed killer granule, cereals, small and large seeds.

DESCRIPTION OF AGRICULTURAL SEEDER T15

• The T15 is equipped with a blower driven by a 12-volt and 40 (run/min) electric motor.

• Electric distribution provided by a rotor, pneumatic transfer of the seeds to the spreader plate. Available from 1 to 10 outputs.

• Flow adjustment by electrical enclosure in the cabin (optional).

• An electric motor reducer drives the rotor for seed distribution. We act on the speed of rotation of the rotor to regulate the flow.
  
  
• The air flow transfers the seed into ringed flexible pipes (diameter 25 mm inside).
  
  
• When leaving the pipe to disperse the seed better, it is preferable to use spreader plate.
  
  
• The working width of each spreader plate is 50 cm to 1 meter depending on the height of the arrangement: They must be installed so that the projections of the seeds cross each other.
  
  
• Supplied with an equipment rotor, green small flow (this can be modified at the time of ordering).
  
  
• 4 fixing points are provided under the distributor to facilitate its installation on the work tool.

T15 MICROGRANULATOR T15 OPTIONS

• Control boxes: we offer several choices between the standard and different DPAE systems (Flow Proportional to Electronic Progress).

• A standard control box with three switches: The first switch for the start-up of blower. A second switch with a light for starting and stopping the distribution at the end of the field. And the last one is a dial switch with scale from 0 to 30 for the flow, adjustable directly from the cabin.
• A DPA with sensor to be positioned either on a wheel, on one end of the roller or on the back of a disc.
• A DPA with ISO socket by taking information from the tractor on the 7-pin socket.
• And a DPA with a GPS antenna positioned outside the cabin.

• There are 4 types of rotor/roller : White (very small flow), Green (small flow), Yellow (medium flow) and Red (large flow). For a higher flow rotor choose medium yellow and/or large red flow rotor.
  
  
• Spreader plate to better disperse the seeds.
  
  
• Pipe roll of 25 meters, diameter 25 mm.
  
  
• Pipe support to change the working width.
  
  
• A mounting base that fits the T15 chassis for easy mounting on the work tool (MOUNTING BASE PLATE T15).
  
  
• A loading bridge.
  
  
• It is possible to mount a 15 run/min slow distribution motor on request.

Advice:

• The microgranulator and seeder small and large seeds is also specialized for vines. For this purpose it is necessary to order special vine splitters in the section "spare parts"
  
  
• Used on the weeder harrow: The device allows to regenerate the meadows in the spring. The Delimbe T15 wind blower can be mounted on a harrow, cultivator, combine cutter or any type of tillage machine.
  
  
• On stubble cultivator: Seeds should be dispersed on the fly before the roll so that the soil spray covers the seedling.
  
  
• Security: It is essential to provide a loading bridge.
  
  
• We recommend this device for ground tools up to 6 meters or for devices requiring 5 to 10 outputs.
  
  
• For larger hopper capacity use the T18 or T20
