– DELIMBE T15 SPECIAL SPRAYER –

Microgranulator, anti-slug granule spreader, small seed and cover crop seeder.
Seeder available in electric or hydraulic versions.
The DELIMBE T15 Sprayer is a versatile agricultural seed drill that can be used to broadcast various seeds or granules.

DESCRIPTION OF THE T15 SPRAYER AGRICULTURAL SEED DRILL

• The T15 seed drill transports the granules through two pipes located in the spray booms.
• An electric turbine located in the middle of each boom sprays the granules across the entire width of the sprayer.
• The T15 sprayer seed drill can be equipped with either a standard control box or a forward speed proportional control box (DPA).
• The two electric turbines located on each sprayer boom are equipped with a control box with an on/off switch to start or stop the turbines and a potentiometer to vary their rotation speed. This potentiometer allows the working width to be adjusted.
• Metal frame (epoxy paint), capacity 80 or 120 litres, polyethylene tank.
• The T15 spreader is equipped with a blower driven by a 12-volt electric motor. Distribution is also driven by a 12-volt electric motor at 40/60 revolutions per minute. The motor is originally connected to 40 standard revolutions, but it is possible to increase the flow rate by changing the connection to 60 revolutions (40 revolutions: black/blue wire – 60 revolutions: black/red wire).
• Electric distribution is provided by a spline, with pneumatic transfer of the seeds to the turbines.
• The air flow transfers the seed into flexible corrugated pipes with an internal diameter of 50 mm.
• Supplied with a green low-flow spline (this can be changed when ordering).
• There are 4 fixing points under the distributor to facilitate its mounting on the working tool.

T15 MICROGRANULATOR SPRAYER OPTION

• Control boxes:
  • A standard control box with three switches: The first switch starts the blower. A second switch with an indicator light starts and stops distribution at the end of the field. And the last is a dial switch with a scale from 0 to 30 for flow rate, adjustable directly from the cab.
  • A DPA with a sensor to be positioned on a wheel.
  • A DPA with an ISO socket, taking information from the tractor via the 7-pin socket.
  • A DPA with a GPS antenna positioned outside the cab (supplied with a lift cut-off option).

• There are 4 types of rollers: White (very low flow rate), Green (low flow rate), Yellow (medium flow rate) and Red (high flow rate).
• A mounting base that fits the T15 chassis for easy mounting on the working tool.

USES AND ADVICE FOR THE T15 SPRAYER

• The T15 sprayer is available in a reinforced electric version or a hydraulic version.
• Capacity of 80 or 120 litres.
• For a larger capacity, opt for a hydraulic T18.
