Pneumatic seed transfer to a 16-outlet distribution head. Various tank capacities, from 250 to 800 liters. Can be used with all types of soil-working tools (curly harrow, stubble cultivator, cover crop, rotary harrow, tine tools, etc.). Used for a wide range of applications, it can be used to sow insecticide micro-granules, starter fertilizers, weed-killing granules, cereals, small and large seeds.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>DESCRIPTION OF THE T20 DOUBLE-DISTRIBUTION FRONT SEED DRILL<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>We recommend the T20 seed drill for implements with working widths of up to 8 metres or requiring a large number of outlets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>It is mounted on the front of the tractor, with the distribution head at the rear.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The T20 agricultural seed drill is equipped with a ventilation turbine driven by a hydraulic motor, which pneumatically transfers seeds to a 16-outlet distribution head (more outlets available as an option).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The T20 seeder tank is equipped with two distributions, each driven by an independent electric motor. One distribution operates with a green spline (small output) and the second with a red spline (large output). To sow small seeds, turn on the green spline only; to sow large seeds, turn on the red spline only. To obtain a very high output, run both flutes at the same time.<\/li>\n<li>The seed is transferred to the spreaders using 40mm diameter hoses.<\/li>\n<li>Pipe outlet diameter is 40mm inside.<\/li>\n<li>Tank capacity: 250, 400, 600 or 800 liters.<\/li>\n<li>The flow rate is controlled by an electronic box in the cab.<\/li>\n<li>The hydraulic inlet is connected to a spool valve, and the return to the \u201cfree return\u201d socket.<\/li>\n<li>The frame is made of steel and finished with a baked-on epoxy paint, while the tank is made of polyethylene.<\/li>\n<li>This device is also available in a standard version for installation at the rear of the tractor: <strong><a class=\"btn btn-default\" href=\"https:\/\/delimbe.fr\/en\/produit\/t20-small-seed-drill-standard\/\">T20 STANDARD<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>T20 FRONT-END EQUIPMENT<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>8-meter-long hydraulic hoses and ball-type tractor connectors.<\/li>\n<li>One DANFOSS hydraulic motor for the blower and two spline motors for each of the distributions.<\/li>\n<li>A pressure gauge and pressure relief valve are supplied as standard.<\/li>\n<li>The unit is fitted with a drain hatch on the underside.<\/li>\n<li>2 integrated grooves, one green for small seeds and one red for large seeds.<\/li>\n<li>An 8.30-meter 110-diameter corrugated hose to connect the T20 front-mounted seed drill to the rear distribution head. Connected by fireman&#8217;s couplings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>T20 SEEDER OPTIONS<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>There are 4 types of spline: White (very low flow), Green (low flow), Yellow (medium flow) and Red (high flow).
