Microgranulator and seeder for plant cover crops, starter fertilizers, slug control, small and large seeds. Electric gravity feeder, available in several versions: 25, 70, 120 and 200 liters.

DESCRIPTION OF THE T14 MICROGRANULATOR SEEDER

• Driven by built-in 12-volt electric motor.
• In-cab electric flow control (optional).
• Gravity and pipe descent, 40% pipe gradient. Diameter 20mm (or 40mm for 1 outlet).
• Variable number of outputs from 1 to 6, with possibility of supporting additional outputs.
• 15 A electrical distribution.
• Green spline included as standard (can be modified at time of order).
• The DELIMBE T14 seed drill has a wide range of uses, and can be adapted to a wide range of implements. It can be used with corn and sunflower seed drills, potato and tobacco planters, vegetable growers, tractor straddle cultivators or localized starter fertilizers. Suitable for plant cover and/or market gardening.

• 25-meter roll of pipe, diameter 20mm.
• Pipe supports for changing the working width.
• Sparklers to disperse the seed.
• Flow-dependent splines :

• White cannelure, very low throughput, from 1 to 3kg/ha,
• Green cannelure, small output, from 3 to 15 kg/ha,
• Yellow cannelure, medium flow, from 15 to 30 kg/ha,
• Red cannelure, high yield, from 30 to 70kg/ha.

(The flow rate can be increased or decreased depending on the speed range).

• Control units: we offer several choices between standard and different DPAE systems:

• A standard control box with two switches: one for on/off start-up, the other a thumbwheel switch with 0-30 scale for flow rate, adjustable directly from the cab.
• A DPA with sensor to be positioned either on a wheel, on the end of a roller or on the back of a disc.
• A DPA with ISO connector, taking information from the tractor via the 7-pin connector.
• And a DPA with a GPS antenna (magnetized) that can be positioned outside the cab.

ADVICE ON THE MICRO-GRANULE AND COVER CROP SEEDER

• The choice of different grooves allows you to adapt to the type of seed and dosage to be precise and obtain optimal sowing.
• You can change your working width easily with pipe supports. The brackets are designed to be replaced simply by unbolting and replacing your existing bracket with a new one. We do not recommend plugging the outlets, as this may damage the T14 fertilizer drill and impair its operation.
• The T14 can be adapted to a wide range of implements. It can be used on corn and sunflower seeders, potato and tobacco planters, vegetable cultivators, high-clearance tractors, and as a seed drill for market gardening and vineyards.
• Seeds and sprays are gravity-fed, with a 40% pipe gradient. This unit does not have a blower like the T15 and T18 microgranulators.
• If you wish to change your working width, we advise you to change your hose support and, above all, not to block any outlets, as this may damage the small and large seed distributor.
• For greater throughput or working width, we recommend a T15 or T18 blower seeder for small and large seeds.
• Two units can be installed in pairs with a single control unit (KIT T14).
