The T15 seeder with folding ramp has the same characteristics as the standard T15 and can be fitted with either an 80-liter or 120-liter tank. It is available in working widths ranging from 3 to 6 meters.

The T15 ramp is specially designed to be fitted to a quad bike. It can also be mounted behind a tractor with the "tractor hitch" adaptation, on a stubble harrow or any other ground-working tool. The T15 ramp is autonomous and can be fitted very quickly (no ramp to build). It can be used to sow insecticide micro-granules, starter fertilisers, herbicide granules, plant cover, cereals, small and large seeds.

DESCRIPTION OF THE T15 RAMP SEEDER

• The T15 distributor is fitted with a blower driven by a 12-volt 40/60 rpm electric motor. The motor is supplied with a standard 40 rpm connection, but you can increase the flow rate by changing the connection to 60 rpm (40 rpm: black/blue wire - 60 rpm: black/red wire).
  
  
• Electrical distribution provided by a rotor, pneumatic transfer of seeds to the spreader plate. Available from 3 to 6 meters (6 outlets in 3m and 8 outlets from 4 to 6m).
  
  
• Flow rate adjustment by electric box in cab (optional).
  
  
• An electric motor drives the rotor to distribute the seeds. The speed of rotation of the rotor is controlled to regulate the flow rate.
  
  
• The air flow transfers the seed into the 30 mm diameter hoses.
  
  
• At the end of the hose to disperse the seed, there are spreader plate fixed to the ramps.
  
  
• Supplied with a low-flow green rotor (the rotor can be modified when the order is placed).
  
  
  

OPTIONS FOR THE T15 MICROGRANULATOR SEEDER WITH RAMP

• Control units: we offer several choices between the standard and different DPAE ( Flow Proportional to Electronic Advance) systems.

• A standard control box with three switches: The first switch starts the blower. A second switch with an indicator light for starting and stopping the distribution at the end of the field. And the last switch is a potentiometer with a scale from 0 to 30 for the flow rate, adjustable directly from the cab.
  
  
• A DPA with a sensor to be positioned either on a wheel, at the end of a roller or on the back of a disc.
  
  
• A DPA with an ISO connector, taking information from the tractor by the 7-pin plug.
  
  
• And a DPA with a GPS antenna that is positioned outside the cab (supplied with a switch on-off option).

• There are 4 types of rotor: White (very low flow rate), Green (low flow rate), Yellow (medium flow rate) and Red (high flow rate). For a higher flow rate, choose the yellow medium-flow rotor and/or the red high-flow rotor.
  
  
• There are several ramps of different widths, from 3 to 6 metres. The ramps are foldable. The width of the ramps can be reduced to between 1 and 3 metres on request. If you want to change the working width, it is possible because the ramps can be disassembled, so you can take another set of ramps as an option.
  
  
• A mounting base that adapts to the T15 chassis for easy mounting on the work tool.
  
  
• The loading platform.
  
  
• A slow-speed 15 rpm distribution motor can be fitted on request, depending on your needs.

USES AND ADVICE FOR THE T15 SEEDER

• Used on a quad bike: For very fast seeding.
  
  
• Used with a currycomb harrow : The machine is used to regenerate meadows in spring. The T15 blower seeder can be mounted on a harrow, stubble cultivator, combine cutter or any other ground-working machine.
  
  
• Used on a stubble cultivator: Seeds should be broadcast before the roller so that the soil spray covers the sowing.
  
  
• Used as a small seeder: It is placed on the stubble cultivator and the seed is distributed between the ground working tool and the roller. An electric fan turbine incorporated into the T15 seeder ensures pneumatic transfer of the seed to the seeder coulters or, on a stubble cultivator, to the spreader plate. Distribution is by a separate rotor at each pipe outlet for optimum seeding uniformity. This rotor is driven by an electric motor regulated by a control box.
  
  
• The Delimbe T15 microgranulator is also a specialist vegetable and vineyard seeder.
  
  
• For a larger tank capacity, use the T18 or T20.
