Small and large seed drill, double electric distribution and hydraulic ventilation. Pneumatic seed transfer to a distribution head with 16 outlets and, as an option, up to 32 outlets. Tank capacity 1700 litres. Can be used with all types of soil-tilling tools (curly harrow, cultivator, cover crop, rotary harrow, tine tools, etc). Used for a variety of applications: insecticide micro-granules, starter fertiliser, herbicide granules, sowing cereals, small and large seeds.

DESCRIPTION OF THE T20 DOUBLE DISTRIBUTION SEED DRILL

• We recommend the T20 seed drill with 16 outlets for implements up to 8 meters working width or requiring a large number of outlets. For working widths greater than 8 meters, we recommend the T20 with the multi-outlet option, which provides a distribution head with more than 16 outlets (the number of outlets depends on the working width and the type of work to be carried out).
  
  
• It is mounted on the front of the tractor with the distribution head at the rear. It is transferred to the side of the tractor using a 110mm diameter flexible hose.
  
  
• The T20 agricultural seed drill is equipped with a fan turbine driven by a hydraulic motor, which transfers the seeds pneumatically to a 16-outlets distribution head (more outlets available as an option).
  
  
• The T20 seed drill tank is equipped with two distributions, each driven by an independent electric motor. One distribution operates with a green rotor (low flow rate) and the second distribution with a red rotor (high flow rate). To sow small seeds, use the green rotor only and to sow large seeds, use the red rotor only. To obtain a very high flow rate, use both rotors at the same time.
  
  
• The seed is transferred to the distribution spreader plate using 40mm diameter hoses.
  
  
• The pipe outlet diameter is 40mm inside.
  
  
• Tank capacity: 1700 liters.
  
  
• The flow rate is regulated by an electronic box in the cab. The adjustment range is 2k/hour with slow motors and white rotors.  1400 kg/hour with fast motors and red rotors.
  
  
• The hydraulic input is connected to a distributor and the return to the ‘free return’ plug.
  
  
• The chassis is made of steel with a black epoxy paint finish, and the tank is made of polyethylene.
  
  
  

EQUIPMENT ON THE T20 FRONT LOADER

• Hydraulic hoses, diameter 110 mm, 8 meters long, and tractor push-pull connectors.
  
  
• A DANFOSS hydraulic motor for the blower and two rotors motors for each distributions.
  
  
• A manometer and pressure limiter are supplied.
  
  
• The machine is fitted with a trapdoor on the underside.
  
  
• 2 integrated rotors, one green for small seeds and one red for large seeds.
  
  
• A standard distribution head with 16 outlets in 40 mm diameter.
  
  
• An 8.30-meter 110-diameter hose fitted with fire-fighting couplings is used to connect the T20 seed drill to the distribution head at the rear. 
  
  
  

T20 FRONT SEED DRILL OPTIONS

• Control units: we offer several choices between the standard and different DPAE (Flow Proportional to Electronic Advance) systems.
  
  

• A standard control box with two switches: An on/off switch is used to switch on the distribution. A potentiometer is used to set the seed rate, with a scale from 0 to 30.
  
  
• A DPA with a sensor to be positioned in front of a metal stud, which can be located either on a wheel, at the end of a roller or on the back of a disc.
  
  
• A DPA with an ISO connector, taking information from the tractor via the 7-pin connector.
  
  
• And a DPA with a GPS antenna positioned outside the cab. Supplied with a 3rd point switch.
  
  

• There are 4 types of rotor: White (very low flow rate), Green (low flow rate), Yellow (medium flow rate) and Red (high flow rate).
  
  
• Spreader plate for better seed dispersal.
  
  
• A seed bar for rotary harrows with a straight descent in 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 meters.
  
  
• A seed bar for a cultivator with spreader plate in 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 meters.
  
  
• Outlet caps (on the distribution head you can close up to 8 outlets by closing 1 outlet out of 2).
  
  
• A multi-outlet option is available for more than 16 outlets. The multi-outlet option can have up to 32 outlets. The number of outlets chosen with this option must be specified in the comments when you place your order. If you require more than 32 outlets, please contact us.
