SMALL SEED SEEDER - T20 STANDARD

• Small and large seed drill, electrical distribution and hydraulic ventilation with pipe descent.
  
  
  

Use:

• Used on stubble cultivator, tillage implement, rotary harrow, harrow, crop-disc, among others.
  
  
• Flow regulation by electronic box in the cabin.
  
  
• The T20 seed drill tank is equipped with two distributions each driven by an independent electric motor. A distribution works with a green spline (small flow) and the second one, with a red spline (large flow). To sow small seeds wheel the green spline only and to sow large seeds, start the red spline only. To obtain a very high flow rate, run the two splines at the same time.
  
  
• * Advice: We recommend this machine for working tools ranging from 6 to 8 meters working width or requiring a large number of outputs.
  
  

Description:

• The frame is made of steel with epoxy paint, the tank is made of polyethylene.
  
  
• Placed at the front, a ventilation turbine driven by an hydraulic motor ensures the pneumatic transfer of the seeds towards a dispensing distribution head.
  
  
• The pipe/hose outlet diameter is of 40mm (internal diameter).

• A pressure gauge and a pressure limiter are provided with the machine.
  
  
• 2 integrated distribution rollers.
  
  
  

Options:

• The T20 seed drill is available in front version on tractor front lift.
  
  
• Capacity: 250, 400, 600, 800 liters.
  
  
• There are 4 types of splines: White (very small flow), Green (small flow), Yellow (medium flow), and Red (large flow). For a larger flow rate, choose the medium yellow and/or red high-flow spline.
  
  
• The splitters.
  
  
• The pipe roll of 25 meters.
  
  
• The loading bridge.

For the control boxes we offer several choices between the standard and different DPA.

• The standard cab control box with 2 switches:

1. To start the distribution.
   
   
2. For seeding adjustment with a scale from 0 to 30.

• A DPA with sensor to be positioned either on a wheel, on one end of the roller or on the back of a disc.
  
  
• A DPA with ISO plug by taking the tractor information on the 7-pin plug.
  
  
• And a DPA with a GPS antenna positioned outside the cabin.
