Microgranulator and fertilizer seeder, small and large seeds. Electrical distribution with blower and downpipe.

The T15 is a multi-purpose agricultural seed drill that can be used with a variety of implements: stubble cultivators, weeders, grain drills, corn drills, beet and sunflower planters, potato planters, etc… It can be used to sow insecticide micro-granules, starter fertilizers, weed-killing granules, cereals, small and large seeds.

DESCRIPTION OF THE T15 SEED DRILL

• The T15 distributor features a blower driven by a 12-volt electric motor. The distributor is also driven by a 12-volt electric motor at 40/60 rpm. The standard motor connection is 40 rpm, but you can increase flow by changing the connection to 60 rpm (40 rpm: black/blue wire – 60 rpm: black/red wire).
• Electrical distribution via a spline, pneumatic transfer of seeds to splitters. Available from 1 to 10 outlets.
• In-cab electric flow control (optional).
• An electric geared motor drives the spline for seed distribution. The rotation speed of the spline is controlled to regulate the flow rate.
• The air flow transfers the seed into the 25 mm ID corrugated hoses.
• To better disperse the seed at the end of the hose, it is preferable to use splitters.
• The working width of each flail is 50 cm to 1 metre, depending on the height of the layout: they must be installed so that seed projections cross each other.
• Supplied with an equipment spline, green small flow (this can be modified when ordering).
• 4 fixing points are provided on the underside of the distributor to facilitate mounting on the work tool.

T15 MICROGRANULATOR OPTIONS

• Control units: we offer several choices between standard and different systems DPAE (Flow Proportional to Electronic Advance) systems.

• A standard control box with three switches: The first switch turns on the blower. A second switch with indicator light for starting and stopping end-of-field distribution. And the last is a thumbwheel switch with 0 to 30 scale for flow rate, adjustable directly from the cab.
• A DPA with a sensor to be positioned either on a wheel, on the end of a roller or on the back of a disc.
• A DPA with ISO connector, taking information from the tractor via the 7-pin connector.
• And a DPA with a GPS antenna that can be positioned outside the cab (supplied with a lift cut-off option).

• There are 4 types of spline: White (very low flow), Green (low flow), Yellow (medium flow) and Red (high flow). For higher throughputs, choose the yellow spline for medium throughputs and/or the red spline for high throughputs.
• Shatterers for better seed dispersal.
• Roll of 25-meter hose, diameter 25 mm.
• Pipe supports for changing the working width.
• A mounting base that adapts to the T15 chassis for easy attachment to the work tool.
• The loading bridge.
• A 15-turn timing motor can be fitted on request, depending on your requirements.

USES & TIPS FOR THE T15 SEEDER

• Used with curry harrow The device is used to regenerate meadows in spring. The T15 blower fertilizer spreader can be mounted on a harrow, stubble cultivator, combine cutter or any other tillage equipment.
• For use with stubble cultivators Seeds must be broadcast before the roller so that the soil spray covers the seedbed.
• Used as a soil insecticide dispenser For use on maize, beet, sunflower, potato and tobacco planters, vineyard tractors, etc. It is used to sow insecticide microgranules or starter fertilizer in the seed furrow (drill coulter). It can also be used as a distributor of weed-killing granules for cereals or under the vine row.
• Used as a small seed drill It is placed on the stubble cultivator and seed distribution takes place between the tillage tool and the roller. An electric fan turbine incorporated into the T15 seed drill ensures pneumatic transfer of the seeds to the seed drill coulters, or on a stubble cultivator, to the splitters. Distribution is via a separate spline at each hose outlet, for optimum seeding uniformity. This spline is driven by an electric motor regulated by a control box.
• The Delimbe T15 microgranulator can also be used as a vineyard and market-garden seeder. For this, you need to order the special vineyard and market gardening seeders in the “spare parts” section.
• We recommend this pneumatic seeder for ground tools up to 6 meters or for equipment requiring 1 to 10 outlets.
• You can change your working width easily with pipe supports. The brackets are designed to be replaced simply by unbolting and replacing your existing bracket with a new one. We do not recommend plugging the outlets, as this may damage the T15 fertilizer drill and impair its operation.
• For larger hopper capacities, use the T18 or T20.
