– DELIMBE T15 DOUBLE TANK SEEDER –

Microgranulator and seed drill for small and large seeds, double distribution with hose descent. Pneumatic seeder for use with a variety of implements, such as stubble cultivators, harrows, seed drills, cover crops, rotary harrows, potato planters, etc… Used for all types of sowing, such as insecticide micro-granules, starter fertilizers, weed-killing granules, cereals, small and large seeds.

DESCRIPTION OF MICROGRANULATEU T15 DOUBLE BOWL

• For optimum seeding, the DELIMBE agricultural seed drill is composed of two tanks supplied with air by a single blower.
• Each tank has its own fluted distribution and is completely independent of the other.
• Each spline, one on each tank, is powered by its own electric motor, and both distributions are regulated independently by a single in-cab control unit (optional). Distribution motors are 12-volt, 40/60 rpm. Each motor has a standard 40-turn connection, but you can increase output by changing the connection to 60 turns (40 turns: black/blue wire – 60 turns: black/red wire).
• Common ventilation is hydraulic.
• The first distribution, equipped with a red groove (large flow rate), enables large seeds to be sown in front of the tillage tool, burying them deeply.
• The second distribution, equipped with a green groove (small flow rate), allows seeding behind the tillage tool and before the roller, taking advantage of the roller’s soil projection to bury small seeds at a shallow depth.
• For better seed dispersal, it’s best to use splitters at the end of the hose. They are overlapping and cover about 1.20 to 1.40 meters, but are positioned 50 to 70 cm apart to spread the seeds evenly.
• The air flow transfers the seed into the 25 mm ID corrugated hoses.
• The unit is supplied with two original grooves, one for each distribution: green for small seeds and red for large seeds (these can be modified when ordering). The DELIMBE T15 double microgranulator comes with 8 meters of hydraulic hose with push-pull inlet and return.
• Electrical distribution 30 A – Hydraulic ventilation 40 L/min.

T15 SEEDER OPTIONS

• Control units: we offer several choices between standard and different systems DPAE (Flow Proportional to Electronic Advance) systems.

• A standard control box with 8 meters of wire: 2 meters from the plug to the control box and 6 meters from the control box to the device. For other lengths, please consult us.
• A DPA with sensor to be positioned either on a wheel, on the end of a roller or on the back of a disc.
• A DPA with ISO connector, taking information from the tractor via the 7-pin connector.
• And a DPA with a GPS antenna positioned outside the cab.

• • There are 4 types of spline: White (very low flow), Green (low flow), Yellow (medium flow) and Red (high flow). For higher flow rates, choose the yellow medium flow spline and/or the red high flow spline.
  • Shatterers for better seed dispersal.
  • 25-meter hose reel.
  • Pipe supports for changing the working width.
    
    
  • A mounting base that adapts to the T15 chassis for easy attachment to the work tool.

• • A 15-turn timing motor can be fitted on request, depending on your requirements.

USES AND TIPS FOR THE T15 MICROGRANULATOR

• The T15 double seeder allows both deep seeding of large seeds (bean, oat, sunflower) in front of the tillage tool, and shallow seeding of small seeds (mustard, phacelia, clover, alfalfa, etc.) behind the tillage tool and in front of the roller.
• The double-distribution microgranulator and seeder for small and large seeds is also specialized for vineyards and market gardening. For this, you need to order the special vineyard and market-gardening splitters in the “spare parts” section.
• You can change your working width easily with pipe supports. The brackets are designed to be replaced simply by unbolting and replacing your existing bracket with a new one. We do not recommend plugging the outlets, as this may damage the T15 fertilizer drill and impair its operation.
  
  
• For larger hopper capacities, use the T18 DOUBLE.
  
  
• This model of pneumatic seeder for small and large seeds is also available in a single-tank version: T15.
