Microgranulator and fertilizer seeder, small and large seeds. Electrical distribution with blower and downpipe.

The T15 is a multi-purpose agricultural seed drill that can be used with a variety of tool: cultivators, weeders, grain drills, corn drills, beet and sunflower planters, potato planters, etc… It is designed for various tasks and is suitable for sowing micro-granules of insecticide, starter fertiliser, herbicide granules, cereals, and small and large seeds.

DESCRIPTION OF THE T15 SEED DRILL

• Metal frame (epoxy paint), 80 or 120 litres capacity, polyethylene tank,
• The T15 distributor is equipped with a blower driven by a 12-volt electric motor. Distribution is also driven by a 12-volt electric motor at 40/60 rpm. The motor is factory set to 40 rpm as standard, but it is possible to increase the flow rate by changing the connection to 60 rpm (40 rpm: black/blue wire – 60 rpm: black/red wire).
• Electrical distribution via a rotor, pneumatic transfer of seeds to the spreaders. Available from 1 to 10 outlets.
• Flow rate adjustment via electrical control box in the cab (optional).
• An electric gear motor drives the rotor for seed distribution. The rotation speed of the rotor is adjusted to regulate the flow rate.
• The air flow transfers the seed into flexible corrugated pipes with an internal diameter of 25 mm.
• Spreaders plates can be used at the pipe outlet to disperse the seed more effectively.
• The working width of each spreader is 50 cm to 1 metre depending on the height of the arrangement: They must be installed so that the seed projections cross each other.
• The standard control box has a 1.5 m cable with a 3-pin plug for the power supply and a 4.5 m cable for the 7-pin plug connected to the distributor.
• The DPA control box has a 1.5 m cable with a 3-pin plug for power supply and a 6 m cable for the 7-pin plug connected to the distributor.
• Supplied with a green low-flow equipment rotor (this can be changed when ordering).
• 4 fixing points are provided on the underside of the distributor to facilitate mounting on the work tool.

T15 MICROGRANULATOR OPTIONS

• Control boxes: we offer several choices between standard and different systems DPAE (Flow Proportional to Electronic Advance) systems.

• A standard control box with three switches: The first switch turns on the blower. A second switch with indicator light for starting and stopping end-of-field distribution. And the last is a dial switch with 0 to 30 scale for flow rate, adjustable directly from the cab.
• A DPA with a sensor to be positioned either on a wheel, on the end of a roller or on the back of a disc.
• A DPA with ISO connector, taking information from the tractor via the 7-pin plug.
• And a DPA with a GPS antenna that can be positioned outside the cab (supplied with a lift cut-off option).

• There are 4 types of rotors: White (very low flow), Green (low flow), Yellow (medium flow) and Red (high flow).
• Spreaders plates, for dispersing seeds at the end of the hose.
• Spreaders plates supports for fixing the spreaders plates.
• Spreaders plates support fixing bar for 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 metre cultivators.
• Roll of 25-meter hose, diameter 25 mm.
• Pipe/Hose supports for changing the working width.
• A mounting base that fits the T15 chassis for easy mounting on the working tool.
• The loading bridge.
• It is possible to mount a slow distribution motor (15 rpm), used for low flow rates.

USES & TIPS FOR THE T15 SEEDER

• Used on a harrow: The machine is used to regenerate meadows in spring.
• Used as a soil insecticide dispenser: It can be mounted on a seed drill for maize, beetroot, sunflowers, potato planters, tobacco, straddle tractors for vineyards, etc. It is used to sow micro-granules of insecticide or starter fertiliser in the seed row (seed drill coulter). It can also be used as a distributor of cereal weed control granules or under vine rows.
• Used as a small seed drill: It can be mounted on a cultivator or any other soil working implement. The seed is distributed between the discs or tines of the implement and the roller. An electric ventilation turbine incorporated into the T15 seed drill ensures the pneumatic transfer of seeds to the seed drill coulters or, on a cultivator, to the spreaders plates. Distribution is carried out via a separate roller at each pipe outlet for optimum sowing regularity. This roller is driven by an electric motor regulated by a control box.
• The Delimbe T15 microgranulator can also be used as a vineyard and market-garden seeder. For this, you need to order the special vineyard and market gardening seeders in the “spare parts” section.
• We recommend this pneumatic seed drill for soil tools up to 6 metres. This device is available with 1 to 10 outlets.
• The pipe support plate can be removed to change the number of outlets. The pipe supports are interchangeable. We do not recommend blocking the outlets as this may damage the T15 fertiliser spreader and impair its proper functioning.
• For larger hopper capacities, use the T18, T20 (STANDARD/FRONT HOPPER) or T20 1700 LITERS FRONT HOPPER
