PARTS

The ZD1360 hatch opening/closing motor has been replaced by a Kit Vérin.

There is a choice of 5 different flutes. The flute is chosen according to the size of the seed to be sown.

  • White flute Very small seeds (very small flow, carrot-type seeds)

  • Green groove Small seeds (clover, rapeseed, mustard, alfalfa – Powder/Micro granules)

  • Yellow cannelure Medium seeds (Radish, mixed seeds – Starter fertilizer)

White splines are only used in special cases.

Step 1: Release the spring.

Step 2: Loosen black knobs (2).

Step 3: Pull the black/yellow handle* to remove the spline.

Step 4: Unscrew the spline.

Step 5: Screw on the new spline.

*The handle is also used to check that the spline is working properly.

OUTPUTS

T 15: 3 Meters = 6 Outlets / 4 Meters = 8 Outlets / 6 Meters = 8 to 10 Outlets.

T 18: 3 Meters = 6 Outlets / 4 Meters = 8 Outlets / 6 Meters = 8 to 10 Outlets / 8 Meters = 12 Outlets.

T 18 Hydraulic: 3 Meters = 6 Outlets / 4 Meters = 8 Outlets / 6 Meters = 8 to 10 Outlets / 8 Meters = 12 Outlets / 10 Meters = 12 Outlets.

T 20: 3 Meters = 6 Outlets / 4 Meters = 8 Outlets / 6 Meters = 8 to 10 Outlets / 8 Meters = 12 Outlets / 10 Meters = 12 Outlets / 12 Meters = 16 Outlets.

DELIVERY

For parts: 24/48 hours (except in exceptional cases).

For machines: 1 week (except in exceptional cases).

AVARIES

T 24 / T 28 plate motor: “Reverse polarity”: check battery connections if there is a potentiometer, to avoid damaging it (+ Brown / – Blue).

Hatch opening/closing motor: check that the connecting rod is correctly positioned  Test the motor without load.

– Use 2.5 or even 4 square thick wire.

– Check plugs for oxidation.

– Check wire length.

– Prefer direct connections to the battery.

– Do not plug into light sockets.

DPA SENSOR: The sensor is positioned on a wheel (or on a roller, back of a disc…). It is adjustable and must be positioned between 5 mm and 1 cm from a moving metal object. It provides speed information.

Operation: Using the setting chart, double multiply to find the chart number kg/hour = Result. Enter the result on the potentiometer.

– The tractor must move to obtain speed information and operate the device. When the working speed is reached, press the memorized speed button, the green light comes on and the DPA is activated.

– Weighing: Press the priming button for 1 minute. The result is g/minute, which is converted into kg/hour. Adjust setting according to calculation.

– Priming: Allows the spline to operate without the tractor moving (field corner).

DPA ISO: Connect the iso speed plug to the tractor (small 7-pin round plug).
